Terms of Service
The rules for using SkillToClient classes, the member dashboard, and optional paid services.

Who may use SkillToClient
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
What we provide
SkillToClient provides business education, a member dashboard with tools and templates, and optional paid services such as business system setup, website setup, and one-on-one consultations. Features may change, improve, or be retired over time.
Paid services and billing
Paid offers are described at checkout, including one-time setup fees and recurring monthly membership amounts. Recurring memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. Government filing fees, advertising spend, and third-party service costs are separate and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time before the next renewal date from your billing page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund amounts already billed. Completed one-time services, government filing fees, and advertising spend already incurred are non-refundable.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information, text, logos, and photos you upload. You grant SkillToClient permission to use that material only to deliver the services you requested. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload.
Our content
Classes, workbooks, templates, scripts, and site materials belong to SkillToClient. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing training product.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or copy the platform, misrepresent your identity, or upload harmful or infringing material. We may suspend or end access for violations.
No professional advice
SkillToClient is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisory firm, or insurance agency. Information about business structures, licensing, taxes, and insurance is educational. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee customers, leads, revenue, Google rankings, profile approval, or advertising performance. Results depend on your market, your work, and factors outside our control.
Third-party services
The platform connects to third-party services such as payment processing, email delivery, video meetings, and advertising platforms. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillToClient is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as our services change; the effective date below reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
